Haribol!
Krishna Balaram and Bal Gopal are very excited to be attending a trip to the Learning and Discovery Centre at the Auckland Zoo this term.
This trip is to support our study on New Zealand and the animal treasures that we have.
This trip will be in week 2 of the term, Friday the 4th of November.
This is an amazing experience for the kids with highly qualified educators leading the day.
We will be sending home permission slips and cost advice soon.
We still have some places for parent volunteers, the first 5 will get free entry to the zoo.

Bal Gopal have just had an exciting morning using yummy cupcakes to practice our fractions.
Then we started to look ahead to Gala Day.
We have decided to partner up with Krishna Balaram class and have a cupcake decorating stall. We will provide the cupcakes and decorating materials, people will be able to decorate their own cupcakes how they like and then eat them!
The students decided that some of us would make cupcakes (iced or un-iced) and some would bring decorations.

We would like to receive the decorations at school in week one of term 4.
The cupcakes can be brought to school on the morning of the gala or we can organise collection if needed. If their are any concerns please don’t hesitate to send me a note.
